TD TOWER REDEVELOPMENT

The redevelopment of the TD Centre added 100,000 square feet of new Class A commercial space in downtown Halifax. It is registered LEED Gold, and at 200,000 square feet, will use the same amount of energy as the original 100,000 square feet. Lydon Lynch provided leadership through the new HRMbyDesign approval process, receiving unanimous approval from both the Heritage Advisory and Design Review Committees.
