Jeff DeCoste

Associate, AET, Technical Manager

Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Jeff studied Architecture at Dalhousie University before completing the Architectural Engineering Technician program with Honours at NSCC, Dartmouth.

As the firm’s Technical Manager, Jeff focuses on the production of high-quality, well-coordinated construction documents and the follow-through of design during construction. He combines a deep understanding of constructability, building science, and documentation with a collaborative approach that fosters strong working relationships — leading to a more efficient construction process and, ultimately, better buildings.

Jeff has achieved certifications as a Certified Passive House Designer and LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C), and has completed Construction Specifications Canada certificates in construction documentation, contract administration, and specification writing.
