The Anchorage And Keelson At King’s Wharf

Kings Wharf is a master planned mixed-use waterfront development that will ultimately consist of twelve buildings. The first two buildings introduce residential use to the area with underground parking and street level commercial spaces. These buildings establish the urban character of the development while taking advantage of the view opportunities toward the harbour and downtown Halifax.

King’s Wharf is the transformative community in every respect as it creates a new neighbourhood where none previously existed.  It is a mixed-use development on a former industrial site on the Dartmouth waterfront.  Located adjacent to downtown, the site is a peninsula that extends into Halifax Harbour offering tremendous views, high visibility and connectivity to the ocean and city.
